Sandwich

I made tomatoes and egg sandwich for breakfast today. I've outlined the steps in a series of photos of how I make my sandwich.
Step 1- I sliced my tomatoes, peppers and onions
Step2-I heat oil in in my pan and pour in the diced tomatoes, onions and peppers.
Step3-I leave to fry for 2min then add in my quarter teaspoon of salt(got to be careful with salt here cos it's so easy to exceed the needed amount) , 2 royco cubes, a pinch of cinnamon spice(love the scent ) and half a teaspoon of curry and stir gently.
Step4-I whisked 3eggs and distributed evenly into the sauce. Allow for about a minute and half and flip to the opposite side  for a minute and remove from the stove.
Step5-Share portions of the egg sauce on the bread slices, cover that piece with another piece(you can apply, butter or mayonnaise on your bread slices. I didn't cos I'm trying to reduce my fat intake.) And then plug your sandwich maker.
Step 6-remove and serve with tea or any soft drink as u prefer.
