INGREDIENTS
1) Beans
2) diced plantain(in selecting plantain you have to be careful to select one ripened naturally because if you mistakenly buy the opposite it doesn't soften inside the beans rather it's hard to chew)
3)diced tomato, pepper and onions.
4)seasoning cubes, salt, curry
5)smoked fish(not the black fish)
6)palm oil
7)crayfish
8)
PROCEDURE
Boil beans .please take note to put your water quantity to the beans because it helps you to monitor the water quantity in your porridge. Add a little bit of salt. The remainder of the salt will be added later on. Cook for 30minutes during which u keep adding water to raise it up to the beans level. Add in your diced tomatoes, diced plantain, red oil, salt to bring it to the desired taste, palm oil, blended crayfish, knor seasoning cubes, and curry. Allow to cook for 10-15minutes Add in the smoked fish. Because its so tender already it doesn't need to be on heat for long else it scatters inside the porridge. Leave to cook for 5more minutes and serve. PS- the photos were arranged accordingly. I appologise if they appear scattered after they load.
