Akara

INGREDIENTS

1) beans (soaked, lightly pounded to shell and washed)
2)pepper
3)onions
4)knor chicken
5)salt
6)vegetable oil

Note: Avoid adding lots of water when blending your Beans. Use as minimal as possible cos the consistency is not required to be too watery.

PROCESS

Blend the beans with some pepper and onions. Dice the left over onions and pepper .

Mix the grinded beans with salt, diced onions and pepper and knor chicken . Mix for like 5minutes.

Put the vegetable oil on heat and scoop the beans paste with a spoon that has a round head or with your hand into the oil. Fry till golden brown.

Serve with custard/pap/oats as desired.
