Vegetable mix to reduce sugar level in blood


Today I learnt a good tip on how to lower blood sugar. Any one out there who has a parent,uncle,aunty or relative who has high sugar levels in their blood should share this tip with them.

INGREDIENTS

1)Bitterleaf. Sliced and washed slightly to reduce bitterness a bit.

2)Ugwu(fluted pumpkin) sliced.

3)Scent leaf(rosemary leaves) sliced

4)Fresh pepper. Blended

5)2large onions

6)Crayfish.blended.

7)Dried fish.

8)A pinch of salt and half a cube of knor.

PROCESS

 Start by cooking the dried fish for 10minutes with as minimal water as possible then adding all the ingredients.

 Cook for 3-5minutes and remove.

 Serve a portion in all meals;from rice,beans,yam etc.
